Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are hiring a Manager of Enterprise Security at Flexential. This crucial role involves ensuring the security and safety of assets, personnel, and customers by managing Enterprise Security services, industry best practices, and physical security systems. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security staff and contracts.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage security budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot physical security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of people and project management experience.
• Experience with low voltage systems and relevant technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in networking, security systems, and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include extensive experience in managing projects and personnel, familiarity with access control systems, and certifications in relevant IT areas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Some travel may be required.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be $116,800 - $128,152 annually, with additional variable pay based on performance.
