RuffleButts Inc. is seeking a dynamic Manager Wholesale/ B2B Manager to oversee key accounts, e-tailers, and independent store wholesale businesses. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth, and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and internal/external sales reps.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Lead and develop a team of Wholesale Assistants and Internal/External Sales Reps.
- Utilize online wholesale platforms such as Faire and NuOrder to drive growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
