Job Description

Hornblower - City Experiences is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Mid Atlantic Region to be based in the DC office. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Director, sales, and business development teams to execute marketing plans effectively and contribute to the company's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of annual marketing plans, promotions, and communications for Northeast cruise products.
  • Coordinate on-site marketing activities, including promotions, events, and guest engagement efforts.
  • Manage the design, printing, and distribution of marketing collateral across ports in the Mid Atlantic region.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure up-to-date marketing materials and displays onboard boats.
  • Attend and coordinate promotional events, tradeshows, and community activities.
  • Oversee local website content and maintenance, including collaborating with the web team for updates.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials and manage the local content library.
  • Contribute to Social Influencer program growth and video content gathering.
  • Track marketing budget and assist with invoice reconciliation.
  • Participate in business partner and vendor contact database management.
  • Attend various related meetings and perform additional job duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Required to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in design platforms, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem solver.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with internal teams.
