Role Summary

We are seeking a Materials and Process Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will serve as the focal for managing engineering specification documentation, coordinating engineering specification change board meetings, and standardizing documentation templates. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve project objectives and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage engineering specification documentation and internal technical documents.
  • Coordinate engineering specification change board meetings.
  • Standardize documentation templates.
  • Create engineering change documentation and track assigned engineering changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Technical background in composites or materials-based industries.
  • Experience working with engineering control processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • US Citizen or permanent green card holder.
