OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join Reflect Health, our expanding network of healthcare professionals. As part of our 'Circle of Care,' you will play a vital role in supporting providers and ensuring top-quality healthcare services for our patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for visits, obtain medical history, and verify information.
• Document vital signs accurately and populate electronic medical records.
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments, ensuring proper care.
• Maintain supplies, clean treatment rooms, and uphold safety standards.
• Deliver service-oriented care, plan visits, and manage communications efficiently.
• Collaborate with front-office staff and maintain professional vendor relationships.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and communicate effectively in various situations.
• Participate in required trainings and meetings to enhance skills.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited healthcare program.
• Certifications per state guidelines; CMA certification preferred.
• Strong computer skills, EMR experience, and medical assistant background.
• Current BLS certification; 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
