Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join Kirtland Federal Credit Union as a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist, handling a dual role as a Teller/Banker. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member experiences by performing various financial transactions and promoting credit union products and services. The role involves creating, maintaining, and enhancing member relationships, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong member relationships to deliver exceptional service.
• Perform teller transactions, cash handling, and account maintenance accurately and efficiently.
• Process consumer loan applications and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Identify member needs and offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products, services, and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
