Responsibilities

• Lead sales and business development efforts within the agency.
• Utilize warm leads to offer life insurance plans to clients based on their needs.
• Act as a consultant to assist clients in making informed decisions about life insurance.
• Collaborate with over 50 life insurance carriers to provide competitive premiums to clients.
• Mentor and support new agents in recruiting and sales activities.

Requirements

• Active life insurance producer license in your resident state.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
