NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated New Site Opening Manager to join our team at Centria Autism. As the New Site Opening Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities that provide services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your responsibilities will include project management, facility preparation, and ensuring adherence to Centria policies for a seamless operational transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate facility readiness with internal stakeholders for successful site openings.
• Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
• Manage external staging teams and contractors during the lead-up to site openings.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time to fulfill job requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or construction.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours when necessary.
