Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in adherence to the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Assess patients and develop care plans based on their needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a modern 17,000 square feet facility equipped with advanced technology and amenities for emergency care. It features private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis.
