Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room department, you will provide essential nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. Your role will involve assessing patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain competency and skills to deliver up-to-date patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Complete orientation as per policy and procedures.
