Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an integral part of the Emergency Room staff at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, you will be providing exceptional nursing care to patients in compliance with all relevant standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients based on their needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to uphold current standards of practice.
- Provide a safe and supportive patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
