Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organization protocols. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care, maintain clinical competency, and create a safe patient environment. The role involves assessing patients' needs, developing care plans, and adapting to changes to promote recovery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completed orientation as per policy/procedures.
