Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide compassionate nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organization protocols. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills for optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
