Operation Control Agent

Job Description

We are looking for an Operation Control Agent to join the Close Up Foundation team. As the operation control agent, you will be responsible for providing weekend office coverage for Close Up participants during their program travels throughout the fiscal year. Your role will involve various essential duties and responsibilities such as offering office support to the transportation team, managing emergency transportation issues, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and employees during the weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide office support to transportation team members.
• Manage emergency transportation issues and rebooking of participants.
• Handle phone inquiries related to travel emergencies.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain open communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the airline and hospitality industry.
• At least two years of experience in customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret documents and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
