Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join Truck and Trailer Specialties, Inc. in Howell, Michigan. We are a family-owned company serving the public works industry since 1974, focused on plow trucks. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Howell shop, including communicating with customers and vendors, opening and tracking service work orders, conducting employee time clock audits, assisting customers with part pick-ups, scheduling deliveries, preparing outgoing and incoming packages, invoicing customers, accepting payments, confirming and tracking purchase orders, answering and directing calls, performing filing tasks, maintaining office areas, providing operational support to the shop manager, placing purchase orders, and ordering and maintaining office supplies. This position aligns with our core values of integrity, exceptional work ethic, team player attitude, and innovation. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:00.
