Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for baking a variety of fresh bagels for our in-house operations and catering services. This position requires working independently during the 12am-6am shifts, ensuring all baking is completed before the store opens. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of high-quality bagels for in-house and catering operations.
• Check catering orders and adjust baking quantities accordingly.
• Work independently to complete all baking tasks before the store opens.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills and self-motivation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in baking or food preparation is preferred.
