Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) - Overnight

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As an overnight RN in the Henderson area, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our home health patients. G-Tube experience is required, and you can choose from flexible overnight shifts. Top pay ranging from $34 to $36 per hour with a Sign-On Bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and revising patient-specific comprehensive assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education regarding disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with the patient's care teams, including physicians, supervisors, co-workers, and other medical providers.
• Engage in NurseCore's educational programs related to patient populations.
• Mentor and educate co-workers, record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Effectively communicate with patients' families or friends for mentoring, advice, and instructions.
• Update medical conditions to Physicians and Clinical Directors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in Florida.
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting in the last 3 years or completion of NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification meeting American Heart Association standards.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
• Successful completion of skills assessments related to areas of experience.
