Pediatric RN for Homecare

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. As a Pediatric RN in homecare, you will have the rewarding opportunity to care for children between the ages of infants to 18 years with a focus on building strong relationships and ensuring the highest quality of care. This position is located in the Las Vegas/Henderson and North Las Vegas area.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with a sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing patient-specific assessments and care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and care needs.
• Collaborate with the patient's care team, including physicians and other medical providers.
• Mentor and educate colleagues.
• Record and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and friends.
• Update medical conditions to physicians and clinical directors.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Nevada.
• 1 year of RN experience in the last 3 years, or eligibility for and completion of NurseCore's Nurse Residency Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months.
• Completion of skills assessments related to experience.
