Job Title: Pediatric RN - Vent Experience
We are looking for dedicated Pediatric Registered Nurses with Vent Experience to join our team at NurseCore Management Services LLC. This position involves providing compassionate care to an infant in the home health setting in NW Las Vegas/Summerlin 89149 area. Day and Night Shifts are available.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient assessments and care plans development.
- Conduct patient and family education.
- Collaborate with the patient's care teams and other medical providers.
- Participate in educational programs.
- Mentor and educate co-workers.
- Record and report changes in patients' condition.
- Communicate medical updates to physicians and clinical directors.
Qualifications
- Ventilator Experience is mandatory.
- Current RN licensure in Nevada.
- 1 year of recent RN experience.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB/PPD test results.
- Successful completion of skills assessment.
