Job Description

COLONY PEST MANAGEMENT, INC. is looking for a dedicated Pest Management Service Manager to lead our field service team. Join us in delivering exceptional customer service in pest control while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and monitor chemical distribution and usage by route.
  • Anticipate and address problems promptly.
  • Schedule, monitor, and ensure the quality of field work.
  • Promote lead generation and sales within the team.
  • Resolve quality control audit issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Keep operations director informed of important customer-related issues.
  • Ensure team compliance with training and certification requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and monitor team professionalism.
  • Oversee vehicle inspections and team training on new materials and methods.
  • Review paperwork for accuracy and oversee callbacks and emergency visits.

Requirements:

  • NYSDEC 7A, 7F, 7C certifications (required).
  • Two-year college degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficiency in PestPac software for scheduling and reporting.
  • Five years of experience in pest control or similar service industry.
  • Proven leadership and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience in business operations management and team supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary $52k to $70k.
