Your Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication
  • Work with confidential customer information
  • Proactively aim to resolve issues on the first contact
  • Engage with customers in a warm and empathetic manner

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Preference for 6 months of Call Center experience
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible to work various shifts
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
