Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime by utilizing advanced reliability equipment, analyzing data to predict potential machine failures, and implementing maintenance strategies to prevent catastrophic breakdowns. Your responsibilities will include using cutting-edge technology such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic devices, submitting work orders for repairs, and collaborating with maintenance planners to ensure efficient maintenance scheduling. Additionally, you will be required to collect oil samples, provide recommendations for equipment upgrades, and actively participate in reliability and maintenance meetings. The ideal candidate should have a background in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, along with a willingness to stay current with predictive maintenance technologies. Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience
