Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze machine performance and predict potential failures to minimize downtime effectively. Your role will involve reviewing data, utilizing advanced technology for data collection, and collaborating with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize state-of-the-art technology to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Review data to predict impending machine issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners for timely repairs during scheduled maintenance.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Maintain equipment through filter changes, oiling, and greasing.
• Recommend immediate repairs to avoid catastrophic machine failure.
• Contribute to reliability and maintenance meetings to enhance equipment life.
• Stay up-to-date on predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Effectively communicate maintenance findings to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years of experience in reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Possession of PdM certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training in relevant fields preferred.
