Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, using various technologies for data collection, submitting work orders, and collaborating with maintenance planners for repairs. You will also be involved in detecting leaks, monitoring equipment, and supporting plant operations to prevent unplanned downtime. The role requires attendance at reliability and maintenance meetings, initiation of improvement plans for manufacturing equipment, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis and willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
