Key Responsibilities

  • Establish JM as an industry leader and trusted partner for clients.
  • Identify, cultivate, and convert prospect accounts into long-term Preferred Account clients.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and drive JM's position and preference.
  • Act as a single point of contact and provide enhanced services for superior customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in roofing/construction industry with technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience in business development and national account sales.
  • Ability to analyze products, negotiate, and navigate complex selling situations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial building owners, roofing consultants, and specifiers.
  • Advanced sales techniques and industry association involvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of competitor product lines and price levels.
