Key Responsibilities
- Establish JM as an industry leader and trusted partner for clients.
- Identify, cultivate, and convert prospect accounts into long-term Preferred Account clients.
- Develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers and drive JM's position and preference.
- Act as a single point of contact and provide enhanced services for superior customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in roofing/construction industry with technical knowledge.
- Proven experience in business development and national account sales.
- Ability to analyze products, negotiate, and navigate complex selling situations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

- Experience with commercial building owners, roofing consultants, and specifiers.
- Advanced sales techniques and industry association involvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
