Responsibilities

• Manage engineering disciplines and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Direct project timelines and deliverables, recruit and develop staff.
• Collaborate on technical projects for product development and improvement.
• Analyze processes for optimization and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of industrial and technical management experience.
• Master’s degree and Professional Engineer's license preferred.
• Expertise in glass manufacturing processes and process improvement.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a continuous process discipline environment.
