Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join House of Hope Green Bay, Inc. As the Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting community partners to address the needs of youth facing housing instability and homelessness. Your responsibilities will include providing crisis intervention services, conducting assessments, coordinating outreach efforts, and ensuring a safe and healthy living environment at House of Hope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver intervention and oversight to assigned clients
  • Collaborate with Advocates to plan and evaluate client services
  • Assist clients in achieving success in various areas such as parenting, education, employment, and housing stability
  • Maintain orderly conditions at the facility and uphold program rules and regulations
  • Act as a positive role model and provide care for clients and their children

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse populations
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clear criminal background check

Physical and Mental Demands:

The role requires the ability to work alone, care for residents and children, and handle physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and manual dexterity. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this position.
