Job Description

We are looking for a talented Project Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Structural Engineering to join our team in New Berlin, WI. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading mechanical and structural design activities supporting the modification and modernization of electric overhead cranes for the Americas region. This role involves interpreting customer specifications, creating detailed designs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and structural design activities for electric overhead cranes.
• Interpret customer specifications to define project scope and plan.
• Create equipment layouts and perform necessary calculations for designs.
• Generate detailed drawings for manufacturing and installation.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and budget performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with overhead cranes or similar industrial equipment.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with various teams.
