Job Description

Join Ethan Conrad Properties Inc as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing the construction phase of commercial projects. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and the President of Construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Superintendent and Project Engineers to ensure project success.
• Procure bids, award subcontracts, and manage job cost postings.
• Coordinate consultants, facilitate design decisions, and liaise with agencies for permits.
• Review compliance, participate in design reviews, and track project timelines.
• Prepare schedules, review project progress, and submit close-out documents.
• Work on practical construction details and budget feasibility.
• Prepare submittal reviews and recovery plans for schedule slippage.
• Travel to Salinas and surrounding areas as needed.

Requirements

Required Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of preconstruction phase management or 5 years in construction management.

Required Skills: Strong team-building, communication, and Procore/Microsoft Office proficiency.
