General Summary
As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology. This role requires clinical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to radiation safety protocols while providing exceptional care to patients.
Essential Duties
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following patient verification and physician orders.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize age-appropriate methods for imaging procedures.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, peers, and patients.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Contribute to the department's operations by maintaining competency and assisting colleagues.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Certifications: CRT-Radiographer (R), CRT-Radiologic Technologist, and CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS).
