Corewell Health is looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in general radiology. You will work under supervision, demonstrating good clinical skills and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures. Join us in advancing medicine and providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following verification of patient identification and physician order.
- Acquire accurate patient history and document in the medical record.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Utilize ALARA standards for minimizing radiation exposure.
- Train students and new hires in radiology procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT required upon hire.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA required upon hire.
