Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse (RN) on a Part-Time weekend schedule (7am - 7pm). You will play a crucial role in providing quality nursing care to patients by adhering to healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of quality nursing care following physician’s orders and facility procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with protocols.
- Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments.
- Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control standards, and ensure cleanliness.
- Support research on nursing care quality and assist with admissions assessments.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Registered Nurse license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Demonstrate CPR certification and commit to ongoing training and education.
- Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with nursing staff, other departments, patients, and families.
- Make sound decisions regarding patient care with attention to detail and patient well-being.
