Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in a caring environment? Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to assure the best patient care possible by supervising the facility, directing nursing staff during shifts, and coordinating nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff during shifts.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act, facility policies, and regulations.
• Provide quality nursing care to patients and assist nurses during acute episodes.
• Handle employee issues promptly and maintain accurate documentation.
• Be on-call as needed and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Registered Nurse with a valid license from North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience in providing nursing care to patients with a focus on geriatrics.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff effectively.
• Knowledge and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Preferred experience in Long Term Care.
