Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Campbell County Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients under the direction of physicians. The role includes assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, implementing treatments, and evaluating progress towards desired outcomes. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment, participate in hospital committees, and demonstrate service excellence to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document in patient records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop age-appropriate care plans.
• Implement and evaluate care plans, delegate tasks, and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with patient education, appointments, and medication management.
• Demonstrate efficient time management and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain professional standards related to clinical practice and continuing education.
• Participate in hospital committees, Quality Improvement teams, and uphold corporate compliance standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe patient environment.
• Handle emergency situations with high-stress levels effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Wyoming RN license.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
