Registered Nurse- Urgent Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver direct patient care, provide instruction, and ensure continuity of care during and after transitions.

Education

Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required. The University of Vermont Medical Center emphasizes the importance of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with a commitment to transitioning to an all-BSN workforce for RN positions.

Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience in a specific clinical area varying by unit. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
