Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic patient assessments upon admission and transfers.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Interpret diagnostic data and lab results.
- Ensure continuous quality improvement in patient care.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations following established protocols.
- Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and their families.

Credentials Required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in LTC/SNF setting.
- Active RN license in FL.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
