Job Description
We are currently seeking a Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health, in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. We offer a warm and welcoming environment where you will provide care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient patient care.
- Develop professional growth and strive to improve patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and ensure adherence to healthcare policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
