Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, a part-time position with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will be part of a team that provides innovative and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients. Our clinic is open Monday through Saturday, offering state-of-the-art treatment for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Responsibilities
- Care for a variety of complex patients, providing clinical direction and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Supervise staff and contribute to professional growth and patient outcomes improvement.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience.
- BLS certification required, CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn specific applications.
