Job Description
We are looking for a Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health, in Baltimore, MD. This part-time position requires a weekend commitment on the Day shift from 5:00am-1:30pm. As a Staff Nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will provide innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. You will work in a warm and welcoming environment, offering care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. This role involves providing clinical direction, ensuring patient care compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering professional growth among staff members.
Responsibilities
- Care for a variety of complex patients.
- Provide clinical direction and supervise staff members.
- Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure positive patient outcomes through continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification required, CNN or CDN preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Grace Medical Center specific applications.
