Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, part of LifeBridge Health. As a Staff Nurse, you will be an essential part of our Renal Dialysis Program, providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming environment, delivering state-of-the-art care for acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and patient care for a shift of dialysis patients.
- Demonstrate competency in caring for complex patients and focus on professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Training in water treatment system operation.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
