Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, located in Baltimore, MD. As part of our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. We offer a warm and welcoming environment, where you will have the opportunity to care for a variety of complex patients and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical patient care in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to staff members during shifts.
- Demonstrate continuous professional growth and development, expanding knowledge and skills.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including experience in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
