Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Residential Designer to join our team at Drexel Building Supply. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring clients' dream homes to life through your creativity and design skills. As a Residential Designer, you will develop concept floor plans, create construction documents, collaborate with clients, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop concept floor plan layouts and exterior elevations.
- Transform concept floor plans/elevations into construction documents.
- Work closely with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Ensure accuracy, detail orientation, and organization in all design tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service and exceed clients' expectations.
- Assist in training and motivating new team members as you grow in your role.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Revit or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
- Team player with a passion for design and creativity.
