Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Drive hospitality and inspire teams.
• Coach and develop staff.
• P&L responsibilities for at least a year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, quality, and safety.
• Lead and develop the hourly team.
• Manage support functions such as payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain facility standards and hospitality.
• Assist with employee relations.
• Establish community relations.
