Overview
The Retail Merchandiser at CROSSMARK is responsible for efficiently rearranging products in stores based on a new plan. This role involves following planograms, tearing down and rebuilding store sections, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Perform store tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Accurately report completed retail tasks promptly.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel on tasks and sales activities.
- Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
- Complete reporting of recaps, expense reports, and timesheets accurately.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Retail experience preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: Proficient in PC use and common software.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, perform physical tasks, and drive as needed.
Tools: Access to internet, printer, phone, reliable transportation, and basic tools.
Work Environment: Retail stores with travel; Some early morning projects.
Language Skills: English proficiency, bilingual skills may be required.
