RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to join our team at CROSSMARK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful execution of retail merchandising, reset, and remodel projects in your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services by training and developing team members, overseeing project implementation, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and train a high-performing team to deliver projects to client and customer standards.
• Conduct in-store audits to ensure project quality and provide hands-on assistance to meet client expectations.
• Direct and assist with project work, including interpreting planograms, setting up fixtures, and managing equipment and materials.
• Plan project workflows, schedule team members, and make strategic decisions to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, evaluate performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology tools and software to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Supervisory experience with a team of 10-100 employees.
• Ability to work in office and field environments with travel requirements.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving items, standing for extended periods, and driving as needed.
