Job Description
As a Retail Supervisor at CROSSMARK, you will be responsible for managing retail merchandising projects, resets, and sales activities in a designated territory. Your role involves training and developing team members, ensuring quality project execution, and meeting client expectations within established budgets.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, manage, train, and engage a team to deliver projects to client standards.
- Conduct in-store audits, assist in project completion, and ensure quality execution.
- Direct and participate in project work, including reading planograms, installing fixtures, and organizing team schedules.
- Communicate project expectations, evaluate team performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Utilize technology, hardware, and software tools effectively for project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Supervisory experience with a team of 10-100 employees.
- Comfortable with physical demands including standing, lifting, and driving.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities may be necessary.
