Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, headquartered in Jerome, Idaho, is in search of an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician in or around Lafayette, Indiana. As a critical member of our team, the ideal candidate must comprehend the benefits of our systems and dedicate themselves to the maintenance, application, and enforcement of our automated systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Be available for on-call duties.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skill set to complete maintenance tasks.
• Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, implementation, and support.
• Mechanical acumen.
• Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Handle chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Flexibility with work hours and travel.
• Maintain company vehicle and drive to different dairies within the region.
• Work in a dairy environment.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
