Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Join TOYOTI1's team as a Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual. TOYOTI1 is a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience and a global footprint in more than 100 countries. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can become a subject matter expert on CADIOS, understand material transactions, and work with Japan to manage production costs effectively. You must be fluent in Japanese for this role. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will also be responsible for planning and directing fixed asset inventory, analyzing ROI on new projects, and actively participating in the budget planning process.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan to better manage production costs using CADIOS. Fluency in Japanese is required.
• Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese.
