Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Join TOYOTI1's team as a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. Utilize your expertise to become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, investigate monthly variances, and work closely with Japan to optimize production costs. This role will involve planning and directing fixed asset inventory, analyzing ROI on projects, and actively participating in budget planning processes. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, ten years of related experience, and expertise in cost accounting and management. CPA certification and experience with SAP S4 HANA are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in CADIOS and manage material transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance cost management using CADIOS – fluency in Japanese required.
• Oversee Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
• Participate in annual budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Ten years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
