Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst who is fluent in Japanese to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As the subject matter expert on CADIOS, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and driving cost optimization initiatives. This position involves collaborating closely with our teams in Japan and leading projects to streamline processes and enhance cost efficiency. Your expertise in cost accounting, experience with SAP S4 HANA, and strong leadership skills will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for cost management.
• Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10 years of related experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
